Rising Star College Program is one vehicle God has designed to aid parents and students maintain a successful educational journey. This program is design to teach, inform, encourage, stimulate, acknowledge, influence and guide those who travel in this fulfilling and enriching path of life.

All who have a concern and passion for our children's future must accept the responsibility for helping them obtain their goals in life. This journey is a 2 way street with 2 lanes in each direction; one for the child and one for the parent-together they must travel on this journey. Just as our ancestors were entrusted with our future, we are entrusted with the future of our children.

This Program Includes:

MONTHLY WORKSHOPS

Once a month children AND parents gather to receive vital tools and information to aid them in their educational journey.

RSCP sessions run from September through May. Workshops are held the first Saturday of each month at our main campus, with the exception of January and September which is held on the second Saturday of the month at our alternate campus.

SEMINARS

All seminars are held at our alternate campus and will be announced. 

TUTORING

Tutoring available every third Saturday of the month from 9am-1pm at our alternate campus.

COLLEGE TOURS/EDUCATIONAL TRIPS 

Tours of local, state and national colleges/universities are planned twice during the session; times and cost to be determined. All extracurricular activities planned during the session will be announced and additional cost determined at time of the trip.

VOLUNTEERS ARE:

Parents, community members, retired teachers, working teachers, administrators, those who care about children and want to give back to their community.

RSCP 501c3 TAX EXEMPT CORPORATE ORGANIZATION POWERED BY VOLUNTEERS. THERE IS NO PAID STAFF. BE A COMMITTED VOLUNTEER. THE SUCCESS OF THIS PROGRAM DEPENDS ON YOU.
